There are a lot of factors that go into the cost of a sunroom. Depending on the type (three-season or four-season), size, materials, and customization, we charge on average between
$35,000 and $40,000, not including engineering drawings and/or permits.
Our payment process consists of four billing cycles. The first payment is a deposit, followed by two payments of 30% each, and a final payment of 10% upon complete satisfaction with the renovation.
We can supply engineered drawings along with taking care of permit-related tasks involving the city. We handle all necessary permits to ensure your sunroom meets local building codes and regulations, at an extra charge

We were out of province and looking for assistance in remodeling our master bathroom, two guest bathrooms, and our kitchen prior to moving in to our new home. From the first moment we called him we instantly felt at ease. We only had two weeks to complete our remodeling prior to moving in and he went above and beyond for us. He squeezed us into his many other projects and helped us get everything done in a timely matter.
